This complete 16-outlet spa manifold replacement kit includes everything needed for professional manifold repairs. The comprehensive package contains three manifolds: two 2" Spigot/Street X 2" Slip X (6) 3/4" Barbs units plus one 2" Spigot/Street X 2" Slip X (4) 3/4" Barbs unit, providing a total of 16 outputs for your hot tub plumbing system.
Complete Kit Components:
- Three manifolds total: (2) 6-port 3/4" barb manifolds and (1) 4-port 3/4" barb manifold
- (3) 3/4" plugs for customizing to 15, 14, or 13 outputs as needed
- 2" coupler for secure connection
- 6 feet of 2" flexible pipe
- (32) 3/4" stainless clamps
- 48 inches of clear 3/4" tubing (approximately 3" per jet extension)
Installation Design: Each manifold features a 2" spigot/street connection on one end and a 2" slip connection on the opposite end. This configuration allows the manifold to receive 2" pipe or fittings on one side while slipping into 2" fittings on the other. Perfect for replacing damaged manifolds by extending output tubes, using the included coupler to connect to existing plumbing, then securing the flex pipe and new manifolds with proper adhesive.
