  • When putting your cord back on the new pump note C= Common or the White Wire, L= Low Speed and is usually the Black Wire and rarely the Red Wire, H=High Speed and is usually the Red Wire but occasionally the Black, Green = Ground or the Green wire. They way you can tell if you have it wired correctly is when you power up the pump should go into Low Speed First. If it goes into High Speed you need to power down and reverse the red & black wires and power back up and verify it goes into Low Speed first. If you leave it wrong it will overheat and damage the Hot Tub especially during warm weather...

Description

Complete 56 Frame 2-Speed Intertek Certified Pump designed for Jacuzzi Premium and Sundance Hot Tubs featuring band style base mounting systems. Compatible with part numbers WUA-400-II, 6500-367, 6500-365, and 6500-363.

This complete pump assembly features a 56 frame motor and operates on 230V power. The unit measures approximately 7 1/4" across the pump face, stands 7 3/8" from bottom to top of the pressure side volute, and extends 15" from back to front edge. Overall dimensions are 16-7/16"L x 8-3/4"W x 8-7/8"H.

The inlet and discharge connections are designated as 2" x 2" and measure 3" across from thread edge to thread edge on both suction and pressure side fittings.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE: This Intertek pump shares similar design characteristics with Aqua-Flo and CMP pumps and can be interchanged when replacing the complete pump unit.

This LX motor pump commonly serves as a replacement for Sundance 2.5 HP 56 frame dual-speed circulation pumps with 2" inlet and 2" discharge specifications.

Bleeder barb fittings with fine threads are available separately for installation on the Intertek LX 48 or 56 frame wet end. Tubing extension kits featuring 3/8" tubing (1/2" OD, 6" length) are also available for air system or jet body air connections.
