This testing device accurately simulates functioning temperature sensors, hi-limit sensors, and flow switches across all compatible circuit boards listed above. An indispensable tool for technicians servicing Sundance spa systems.
Operation instructions: Disconnect the 16-pin temperature sensor connector with power disconnected. Restore power, then engage the toggle switch to the closed position. This action simulates flow switch activation and the heater should engage while the temperature sensor displays approximately 98 degrees. With a system set point of 100 degrees, this provides a 2-degree operational testing window. If the spa system functions correctly with this diagnostic plug installed, one of the simulated components—temperature sensor, hi-limit sensor, or flow switch—requires replacement.
