Repair freeze-damaged manifolds in your Cal Spa or Coleman hot tub with this comprehensive 2" Slip x Dead End x (4) 3/4" Barbs x (1) 3/4" Barb manifold replacement kit. Typically located on the left front section of your spa, these manifolds connect 4 water lines plus the drain line. Installation is straightforward: remove the existing clamps from the manifold barbs, cut the clear tubing at the top of each barb, warm the tubing with a hair dryer to make it flexible, apply glue to the new manifold, slide the tubing onto the barbs, and secure the clamps back in position. This complete assembly includes a 2" pipe connection on one end, a dead end cap on the opposite side with (4) 3/4" barb fittings, plus a 2" to 1/2" bushing combined with a 1/2" x 3/4" barb fitting that installs inside the manifold body. Optional glue kits available separately. Note: If freeze damage is extensive, you may also require a heater split nut replacement. Compatible with modern Cal Spa and Coleman spa models, as well as numerous other manufacturers.
