Description
This repair solution features a 6 foot long RADKit designed to fit over the exterior of 2 inch fittings and create a watertight seal between two 2 inch fittings measured outside surface to outside surface. Perfect for situations where a suction fitting is leaking at the glue joint with 2 inch flex pipe behind it and adequate working space. Simply cut the flex pipe at the fitting, trim back 3 to 5 inches, attach a 2 inch coupler to the flex pipe, then position this kit between the suction fitting exterior and the coupler outer surface, apply silicone sealant, and secure the clamps. This repair method eliminates the need to replace the entire suction fitting while creating a durable, long-lasting seal with minimal failure risk.
Important: This pipe diameter creates a snug fit over 2 inch fittings and will require silicone lubricant plus moderate pressure during installation, but ensures excellent sealing performance.
