The updated version features a different appearance than the original to reduce water pressure on the cap, preventing leaks and cap-related problems. The redesigned stem includes one small o-ring, one medium o-ring (both positioned on the gate stem), and one large o-ring located beneath the cap.
This gate valve stem is engineered for 2002 and newer JACUZZI® and Sundance® spa diverter valve assemblies. The stem component inserts into the diverter valve housing beneath the cap assembly and controls water flow direction when you rotate the handle. Compatible with JACUZZI® Premium and Sundance® hot tub models manufactured from 2002 onward.
