  • When putting your cord back on the new pump note C= Common or the White Wire, L= Low Speed and is usually the Black Wire and rarely the Red Wire, H=High Speed and is usually the Red Wire but occasionally the Black, Green = Ground or the Green wire. They way you can tell if you have it wired correctly is when you power up the pump should go into Low Speed First. If it goes into High Speed you need to power down and reverse the red & black wires and power back up and verify it goes into Low Speed first. If you leave it wrong it will overheat and damage the Hot Tub especially during warm weather...

Intertek LX 5.0 Horsepower Dual Speed 230V Complete Spa Pump - 56 Frame Configuration

This complete dual-speed circulation pump features 5.0 HP motor performance with 15.0/5.0 Amp draw specifications and 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" plumbing connections. Manufactured by Intertek LX, this 56 frame unit is identified by several factory designations including Swim56-15, WUA-500-II, WP-500-II, and LP-500-II marked on the equipment label.

Physical Measurements: The volute face spans approximately 8 1/2" across. Height from base to pressure side volute top measures roughly 9 1/4". Front-to-back depth extends 17 1/16". Thread fittings designated as 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" actually measure 3 5/8" thread edge to thread edge on both suction and pressure ports.

Overall Dimensions: 17-1/16"L x 8-11/16"W x 9-1/2"H

Compatibility Information: This dual-speed model serves as a direct replacement for both single and dual-speed variants including 56WUA500-I and 56WUA500-II configurations. Physically similar to Aqua-Flo XP3 and Waterway Viper pumps - complete unit interchange is possible when replacing entire assembly.
