Complete seal repair kit designed exclusively for Waterway Viper Pumps – this comprehensive package includes one shaft seal assembly, (1) bearing, installation tool, and a 1/2 oz tube of The Professor's Silly Juice specially formulated silicon sealer for hot tub applications.
Important: Waterway Viper pumps require a unique seal design that differs from other Waterway pump models. This kit provides everything needed for proper seal replacement and maintenance.
Installation Guidelines: The spring seal component mounts onto the impeller shaft in reverse orientation compared to standard Waterway pumps (similar to E Series). Apply a small amount of The Professor's Silly Juice silicon sealant to the impeller shaft before gently pressing the seal into place. The ceramic and rubber component installs into the volute. A light coating of silicon on the rubber portion facilitates easier installation.
Compatible with: All Waterway Viper Pump models with 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" wet end configurations.
