  • This wiring diagram is for 1 or 2 speed pumps.. When putting your cord back on the new pump note C= Common or the White Wire, L= Low Speed and is usually the Black Wire and rarely the Red Wire, H=High Speed and is usually the Red Wire but occasionally the Black, Green = Ground or the Green wire. They way you can tell if you have it wired correctly is when you power up the pump should go into Low Speed First. If it goes into High Speed you need to power down and reverse the red & black wires and power back up and verify it goes into Low Speed first. If you leave it wrong it will overheat and damage the Hot Tub especially during warm weather...

Description

This genuine Watkins spa circulation pump features 2.0 Horse Power, 10.0 Amp single-speed motor in a 56 Frame configuration, identified as Vendor Code 3536 for Intertek LX Brand equipment. Labels typically display part number 39577-03 along with Wavemaster 8200 designation.

Physical dimensions include approximately 7 1/4 inches measured across the pump face, roughly 7 3/8 inches from base to top of the volute pressure side, and 15 inches total depth from rear to front edge. Both inlet and outlet connections are designated as 2" x 2" threading, with actual thread-to-thread measurement of 3 inches across.

Bleeder barb fittings compatible with this pump are available in both 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch configurations. Options include barbed bleeder plugs designed for WUA Intertek LX 48 or 56 Frame wet ends with fine threading, as well as combination 1/2 inch barb by 1/4 inch MPT bleeder barbs suitable for Watkins, Wavemaster, and LX applications.
