Description
This Cal Spa Original M7 Style Complete Heater Assembly delivers 5.5KW heating power at 240V and includes the tube, element, split nuts, and gaskets. Designed for 2003 and newer Cal Spa systems, this centered configuration heater features an internal element design where the heating element sits inside the tube rather than wrapped around the exterior.
This complete assembly replaces the factory heater located at the bottom of Cal Spa packs that have white insulation wrapping and sensors at both ends that are zip-tied and plugged into the control board. Unlike the original welded element-to-tube design with externally mounted sensors, this M7 style incorporates sensors positioned inside the tube itself.
IMPORTANT: You will reuse your existing stick-on style M7 sensors with this heater assembly. For those preferring to upgrade to a standard configuration heater with immersion-style element and included standard M7 sensors like other manufacturers use, a retrofit upgrade option is available separately.
