This fully assembled pump and motor assembly serves as a direct Watkins Wavemaster 7000 substitute, part numbers 36675 and 71699. Configured for either 115V or 230V operation, this single-speed unit features 16.0Amp or 8.0Amp draw, 48 frame construction, and 2" x 2" plumbing connections on the XP2-style wet end. The 2" inlet and outlet ports measure approximately 3" across the threaded fittings. Important: When selecting this high-amperage pump for 115V configurations with standard wall plugs, verify your electrical capacity can handle the combined load of the pump and heater to prevent overcurrent conditions. Always confirm amperage compatibility with your original 115V motor specifications to avoid electrical system overload in your spa.
