✅ International Shipping Questions

Do you ship hot tub & spa parts internationally?

Yes. Hot Tub Parts of America Global ships many hot tub and spa parts worldwide from the United States.


What countries do you ship to?

We ship to many locations worldwide. If your country does not show as available at checkout, contact us and we will try to help.


Do you ship pumps internationally?

Usually no. This Global store focuses on smaller parts that ship well internationally. Some heavier items (including complete pumps) may not be available for overseas delivery.


How much is international shipping?

Shipping costs depend on:

  • your country/location

  • the size and weight of the package

  • the shipping method selected at checkout


How long does international shipping take?

Delivery time varies by country and shipping method. International shipments can also be delayed due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.


Will I receive tracking?

Yes, when tracking is available from the shipping carrier, we will provide tracking information once your order ships.


Do I have to pay duties, taxes, or import fees?

Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are typically the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. Many international shipments ship via US Postal Service (USPS), so if your location does not have a standard mailbox, you may need to provide a P.O. Box.

How do I make sure I order the correct part?

We recommend confirming:

  • part number(s)

  • measurements

  • voltage and amperage (if applicable)

  • photos of your current part and label/sticker

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm the correct part.


What information should I send you so you can identify my part?

The best info to send is:

  • spa make/model (if known)

  • part number

  • clear photos of the part

  • clear photos of labels/stickers

  • measurements

  • what the part does (heater, sensor, union, jet, etc.)


Can I text you photos of my part?

Yes. Text photos and we can help point you to the correct listing and send you a direct product link.

✅ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus:

  • original shipping cost (non-refundable)

  • 25% restocking fee

  • return shipping cost (if the return is not due to our error)


Do you refund shipping charges?

No. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Who pays the return shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item), we pay return shipping.

  • If the wrong part was ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


How fast will I get my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected as new and unused.


Can I return electrical parts?

No. We do not accept returns on electrical parts.
However, if an electrical part arrives defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement based on the defect/warranty policy.

How fast do you ship orders?

We do everything possible to ship your order the same day or the next business day when available. Some items may take longer depending on inventory and availability.

We ship every day except Sunday. Saturday has an earlier cutoff time.
