This replacement set includes both the Gasket and O-Ring designed for use with 5" x 5" Flange Heaters. IMPORTANT: Heater element not included with purchase. These sealing components are commonly installed in plastic heater housings manufactured for Brett Aqualine, Premier Allstate, and Hot Water Products systems. Also compatible with Vita Spa, Streamline, and various other hot tub brands. The flange bolt holes measure 4" on center spacing. MSRP for these sealing parts is $19.50.
