This complete internal assembly features Waterway's New Style Gray Adjustable Mini Jet with 2-5/8" Face Diameter, Directional 5 Scallop Design. Engineered to snap securely into Waterway's new style cage back nozzles for reliable spa jet performance.
Removal is simple: gently pry the jet face outward using a flathead screwdriver. To extract the nozzle itself, partially insert the jet face into the opening, grip the nozzle, and rotate counterclockwise. Installation involves threading the nozzle clockwise onto the face's finger grips or hexagon opening until resistance is met (avoid over-tightening), then backing off slightly counterclockwise before snapping the face into position.
This internal works exclusively with new style nozzles, identifiable by the hexagonal white cage structure between the four mounting prongs. If your existing jet lacks this hexagonal cage design, you have the old style configuration. Upgrading to this new style internal requires purchasing a compatible new style nozzle separately.
Important: Nozzles are available in two distinct styles and two orifice sizes per style. Verify your configuration before ordering.
Compatible nozzle options include:
- Old Style: 1/4" or 5/16" orifice mini jet adjustable nozzles
- New Style: 1/4" or 5/16" orifice adjustable mini jet neck nozzles
