U.S. SEALUBE features a water-based composition engineered for lubricating rubber components, simplifying mechanical seal installation processes.
This specialty lubricant retains moisture temporarily during assembly. Unlike PTFE or silicone-based products that permanently saturate elastomers and prevent proper gripping, U.S. SEALUBE fully evaporates after application. Following evaporation, the treated component becomes completely dry. The slippery properties disappear permanently and will not reactivate when exposed to moisture, ensuring your seal remains securely positioned.
When kept in appropriate conditions, U.S. SEALUBE remains effective for approximately 1 year. Store this lubricant in a cool, dry location protected from direct sun exposure.
