U.S. SEALUBE features a water-based composition engineered specifically for lubricating rubber components, streamlining the process of installing mechanical seals quickly and efficiently.
This specialized formula retains moisture temporarily during installation. Unlike PTFE or silicone-based alternatives that permanently saturate elastomers and prevent proper gripping of shafts or bores, U.S. SEALUBE completely evaporates. After evaporation occurs, the component becomes completely dry. The lubricating properties dissipate permanently and won't reactivate when exposed to moisture, ensuring your seal remains securely positioned.
When properly stored, U.S. SEALUBE maintains effectiveness for approximately 1 year. Optimal storage requires a cool, dry environment protected from direct sunlight exposure.
