Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus:

  • Original shipping cost (non-refundable)

  • 25% restocking fee

  • Return shipping cost (if the return is not due to our error)

If we made the mistake

If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the wrong part was ordered

If you ordered the wrong part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee.

✅ Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your part is received and inspected as new and unused.


Electrical Parts Policy (Important)

⚠️ We do not accept returns on electrical parts.
However, if an electrical part arrives defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement according to the manufacturer defect/warranty policy.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to many addresses worldwide. Please note:

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions

  • We ship most international orders using US Postal Service (USPS)

  • If your location does not have a mailbox, you may need to use a P.O. Box

When you place an order, we provide estimated shipping and delivery times based on:

  • item availability

  • shipping method selected at checkout

Weight-Based Shipping

Some shipping rates are weight-based. All weights may be rounded up to the next full pound as required by shipping carriers.

Order Processing Time

We do everything possible to ship your part the same day or the next business day when available. Some items may take longer depending on inventory availability.

We ship every day except Sunday. Saturday has an earlier cutoff time.


International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT, or import fees required by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
