Description
This replacement seal and dual bearing assembly is designed specifically for 2.5 Horse Power circulation pumps equipped with 56 Frame Pump Wet Ends produced by Intertek LX Brand, exclusively compatible with Jacuzzi® Premium and Sundance® brand spa systems. Compatible pump models typically display part numbers 6500-352, 6500-365, 6500-367, 6500-845, 6500-357 or 6500-363 on their identification labels. Important: While some pumps may show WUA400-II style numbering, Jacuzzi and Sundance models require this specific seal configuration. You can identify the correct style by checking where the spring component sits—this version features the spring element positioned on the rear of the impeller, while alternative styles position the spring on the volute back. For Guangdong LX pump alternatives, please search our alternative listings. Refer to our installation video for step-by-step guidance and verification that you have selected the appropriate replacement component.
Technical specifications: Pump Seal Assembly for 5/8" Shaft, 1.218" Seal O.D., 1.250" Seal O.D. The spring seal component mounts directly onto the impeller shaft while the ceramic and rubber element installs into the volute housing. Both components feature approximately 5/8" center holes. Installation procedure: Apply silicon sealant to the impeller shaft before gently pressing the spring seal into position (after applying a small amount of The Professor's Silly Juice to the shaft). The rubber component benefits from a light silicon coating for easier insertion into the volute or wet end body. Available individually, bundled with The Professor's Silly Juice (specialized hot tub silicon sealer), or as part of a complete impeller kit. For impeller replacement needs, locate our Jacuzzi Premium 2.5HP Impeller Kit. This is the sole correct seal option for Jacuzzi Premium and Sundance models manufactured from May 2009 forward. IMPORTANT: While this wet end assembly closely resembles Aqua-Flo, Guangdong LX and CMP wet end designs, these components are NOT interchangeable—consult our video tutorial to identify the differences.
