Description
This water slinger component installs between the impeller/wet end assembly and the motor shaft bearing area on Waterway Hi-Flo, Mustang, and Executive pump models. The slinger's primary function is to deflect water away from the motor bearing in the event of a wet end seal failure, providing an additional layer of protection.
Installation Note: This component must be positioned onto the motor shaft prior to wet end volute installation. While not mandatory for pump operation, this protective part can significantly extend the service life of the front motor bearing by preventing water intrusion.
