The TMCP series 1.5HP Aqua-Flo wet end assembly represents a dedicated solution for Garden Tub Bath Pump systems running on 115V electrical service drawing approximately 14 Amps during operation.
Connection Details: Outer thread diameter measures approximately 2 3/8", necessitating pump unions with corresponding 2 3/8" inner diameter measurements for proper installation.
Mounting Pattern: Cross-pattern bolt spacing equals approximately 5 1/8" with square arrangement spacing at roughly 3 5/8" measured center to center between mounting points.
This self-bleeding wet end design delivers optimized performance for residential bath tub pump installations.
Features bottom intake paired with side outlet orientation, 1-1/2"mbt threaded ports for inlet and outlet, 48 frame construction with 100% drainage capability for TMCP pump applications. Works seamlessly with 1.5hp, 48Y frame, thru-bolt motor designs in single speed or dual speed variations. Full assembly package includes: volute housing, mechanical seal, impeller assembly, wear ring, intake cover, intake cover o-ring, drainage plug, drainage plug o-ring and intake cover mounting screws. Motor and union fittings sold as separate components.
