Description
This replacement wet end assembly is engineered for the Aqua-Flo TMCP 2.0HP garden tub bath pump with 48-frame configuration, operating at 115V with approximately 16 Amp draw.
Thread specifications: External thread diameter measures approximately 2 3/8", which corresponds to a 2 3/8" internal diameter on your current pump union connection.
Mounting bolt configuration: X-pattern spacing is approximately 5 1/8" while square pattern spacing measures approximately 3 5/8" center-to-center.
Designed as an automatic bleed configuration specifically engineered for garden tub bath installations.
Configuration includes bottom intake, side outlet positioning, 1-1/2" male buttress thread connections for both intake and outlet, 48 frame 100% self-draining design for TMCP pump systems. Compatible with 2.0hp, 48Y frame, thru-bolt configuration motors in either single or dual speed variants. Full wet end kit contains: volute housing, mechanical seal, impeller, wear ring, intake cover, intake cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring and intake cover mounting screws. Motor and union fittings are not included.
