This replacement wet end component is designed for Aqua-Flo TMCP Garden Tub Bath Pumps, rated at 3/4HP with 48 Frame configuration. Compatible with 115V systems drawing approximately 10-11 Amps during operation.
Threading Specifications: External thread diameter measures approximately 2 3/8", requiring pump unions with matching 2 3/8" internal diameter for proper fit.
Mounting measurements: Bolt holes measure approximately 5 1/8" diagonally (X pattern) and approximately 3 5/8" Center to Center in square configuration.
Engineered specifically for Garden Bath Tub installations with automatic bleed functionality built into the design.
Configuration includes bottom suction inlet, center discharge outlet, 1-1/2"mbt connections on both suction and discharge sides, 48 frame 100% self-draining design for TMCP pump models. Works with 3/4hp, 48Y frame, thru-bolt style motors in either single or dual speed configurations. Complete assembly contains: volute housing, seal assembly, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring and mounting screws. Motor and union fittings are not included.
