This comprehensive repair kit includes one PS-200 seal assembly and two bearings designed for motors paired with Aqua-Flo pump wet ends and Waterway "Viper" wet ends. The complete package provides all essential components needed for front-end pump maintenance and restoration.
The PS-200 seal is the standard seal used throughout most Aqua-Flo wet end assemblies and is also compatible with select Waterway "Viper" wet end configurations. The seal assembly measures 1 1/4 inches across the back of the spring seal component that mounts onto the impeller. The ceramic and rubber portion that seats into the volute or wet end housing also measures 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Both seal parts feature a center opening of approximately 5/8 inch.

Installation Guidelines: Apply silicone sealant to the back surface of the metal seal component before gently pressing it into position. A thin coating of silicone on the rubber portion helps it slide smoothly into place on the impeller shaft. The bearings are standard sizing for most motor applications using Aqua-Flo wet ends.
