Important - Verify Size Before Ordering: This 2 1/2" heater union nut is uncommon in standard hot tubs. Typically found only in swim spas with large 3" heaters or select smaller tubs. The standard 2" size fits most applications. Please confirm your measurements before purchasing - reference our installation guide video for proper sizing instructions.
This complete 2 1/2" Heater Union Nut Assembly includes both split nut halves, (2) mounting screws for installation, plus a Therm-style gasket designed for 2 1/2" heater unions.
Critical Gasket Measurement: Measure the bead section of your existing T-gasket that sits within the groove to ensure proper fit. Two different groove widths exist. This kit features the Therm-style gasket with 3 1/8" measurement. The alternative Waterway-style gasket measuring 2 7/8" is also available separately in our store. Selecting the correct gasket width is essential for a leak-free seal.
