Important: Verify Measurements Before Ordering - This 2 1/2" size is uncommon and typically found only in swim spas with large 3" heaters or select smaller hot tubs. Most standard hot tubs use 2" heater unions, which are also available at Global. Please confirm your heater size before purchasing.
This complete 2 1/2" Heater Nut Kit includes both the union retainer and nut components designed to work together with 2 1/2" spa heaters.
Gasket Compatibility Note: Measure your T-shaped gasket bead that seats in the union groove to ensure proper fit. Two different groove widths exist: Therm-style measures 3 1/8" center-to-center, while Waterway-style measures 2 7/8" center-to-center. Global carries gaskets for both groove specifications.
