Since the original dually pump has been discontinued, this conversion kit provides everything needed for most installations. Please note that plumbing modifications are required, and additional 2 inch components may be necessary depending on your specific setup. These extra parts can be sourced from local hardware retailers if needed.
Complete Kit Contents: This retrofit package includes (3) 2 inch heater unions with gaskets, (1) 2 inch slice valve, (1) 2 inch pump union, (1) 2 inch street x slip 90 elbow, (1) 2 inch street sweep 90 elbow, (7) 2 inch street x slip 45 degree fittings, (2) 2 inch couplers, (1) 2 inch wye, (2) 12 inch sections of 2 inch flex pipe, (1) 2 inch to 1 inch bushing, (1) 1 inch to 3/8 inch barb, (1) 3/8 inch pump barb, plus one tube of silicone sealant. An instructional installation video is included to guide you through the conversion process.
Important Performance Note: Replacing your dual pump system with a single pump requires selecting a higher amperage replacement pump. This upgrade typically delivers comparable performance to the original dually setup, and in certain applications may even provide increased power output.
