Troubleshooting Guide: If your element causes breaker trips during testing, disconnect the unit and reset the breaker. Reconnect to verify the element is the source. For non-trip diagnostics, use an Ohm meter across both terminals - proper reading should be approximately 14.5K ohms. A reading of 0K indicates an open circuit. If the breaker functions normally and continuity tests pass, investigate alternative causes such as pressure switch malfunction, clogged filtration, inadequate water circulation, or control board circuit failures.
