This listing includes one 2 1/2" Thread X 2" Slip Heater Union complete with matching Gasket. This union connects 2" plumbing to a 2 1/2" heater flange. The slip side accepts 2" pipe or fittings for gluing (measuring approximately 2 3/8" across), while the threaded side attaches to a 2 1/2" Heater Flange using the included 2 1/2" Nut (flange measures approximately 3 11/16" across). Please note: Global also stocks alternative configurations including 2 1/2" Thread X 1 1/2" Slip and 2 1/2" Thread X 2 1/2" Slip versions. Verify your setup: if your plumbing measures 2" and your heater flange is 2 1/2", this union is your correct choice. This configuration ranks as the second most common variant. The 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" version remains most popular, while the 2 1/2" X 1 1/2" is least common. Designed for hot tub applications connecting to 3" heaters equipped with 2 1/2" Nuts.
