Genuine replacement 1/2HP (.5HP) Impeller designed for Aqua-Flo 48 Frame Side or Center Discharge FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP Series Wet End assemblies with .5HP Motors drawing approximately 6.0 Amps on High Speed at 230V and 6-7.0 Amps at 115V. This component installs between the Face and Volute of your Aqua-Flo FMHP, FMCP, FMVP, and TMCP Series Wet End. We strongly recommend replacing the Seal during impeller replacement. This unit requires a PS-200 / HTP35-423-1020 Seal available separately at Global. Please verify compatibility carefully before purchase as returns are not accepted. Reference Note: 115v motors utilizing 1 HP Impellers typically draw 11-12.0 Amps on high speed while 230V motors draw approximately 8.0 Amps on High. Consult amperage chart for other horsepower ratings.
WARNING: Installing a larger horsepower impeller will NOT increase spa performance and will cause motor damage, overheating on high speed, and compatibility issues due to different wear ring sizes.
Frame identification: 48 Frame wet ends feature Motor Thru bolt spacing of 3 5/8" between or 5 3/16" in X Pattern with 1/4" Bolt Head, while 56 Frame models measure 4 1/8" Between or 5 3/4" in X Pattern with 5/16" Bolt Head.
