This is a 4.0kW Complete Spa Heater Assembly designed for Jacuzzi Whirlpool Control Systems. The complete unit includes the heating element, pressure switch, new titanium element, and high limit switch in one ready-to-install package.
Compatible Spa Brands: Jacuzzi Whirlpool, Gatsby, Imperial, White Spring, Echo, Blue Ridge, Swift River, LBI (Leisure Bay Industries), and other compatible models.
Troubleshooting Tips: If the heater trips your breaker during testing, unplug the unit. If the breaker remains on after unplugging, then reconnects and trips again when plugged back in, this confirms the heater is the issue. For non-breaker issues, use an Ohm meter to measure between the two terminals—you should see approximately 14.5K ohms. A reading of 0K indicates an open circuit. If your breaker isn't tripping and the heater tests fine, investigate other potential causes of no heat: faulty pressure switch, clogged filter, lack of water circulation, open circuit on control board, etc. The pressure switch included with this assembly can cause no-heat conditions and is also available separately in our store.
