Description
This 1 1/2" pump union assembly features a slip connection on one end and threaded attachment on the other, complete with matching gasket or o-ring. Designed for hot tub circulation systems, this fitting connects 1 1/2" PVC pipe or fittings (via slip connection requiring glue) to a 1 1/2" threaded pump wetend.
Connection Specifications:
- Slip side: Accepts 1 1/2" pipe or fitting (glue required)
- Threaded side: Screws onto 1 1/2" pump wetend threaded port

Compatibility Notes: This union is engineered for installations where both the plumbing and pump wetend thread measure 1 1/2". For systems with 2" pumps and 1 1/2" plumbing, a 1 1/2" to 2" bushing adapter enables proper connection. Global also stocks alternative configurations: 2" x 2" (most common), and 2" x 2 1/2" versions.
