This listing includes a pair (2 pieces) of 1 1/2" Slip x 1 1/2" Pump Unions complete with matching Gasket or O-ring. Each union connects 1 1/2" pipe or fitting on one end via slip connection, while the opposite end threads directly onto a 1 1/2" Wet End (Pump) threaded port. The slip side accepts standard 1 1/2" PVC pipe for gluing, and the threaded side screws onto your 1 1/2" pump wet end fitting.
Important Sizing Information: This union set is designed specifically for installations where both your plumbing pipe and pump wet end threading measure 1 1/2". Global also stocks alternative configurations including 2" Slip x 2" Pump unions and 2" Slip x 2 1/2" pump unions for different applications. If your pump requires 2" threading but your existing plumbing is 1 1/2", you can utilize a 1 1/2" to 2" bushing adapter to achieve proper fitment.
