Silicon carbide construction provides outstanding wear resistance, superior chemical tolerance, and exceptional durability in high-temperature corrosive conditions. The advanced material offers enhanced dry-running capabilities and maximum hardness for extended service life.
Specifications: The spring-loaded seal component that mounts on the impeller measures 1 3/8" diameter across the back. The ceramic and rubber component that installs in the volute or wet end housing also measures 1 3/8" diameter. Both parts feature a 3/4" center bore to fit the shaft.
Installation Guide: Apply silicone sealant to the impeller shaft before carefully sliding the spring seal component into position. The ceramic and rubber portion fits into the volute or wet end body - a thin coat of silicone helps it slide smoothly into place.
Compatibility: Engineered for Sta-Rite and Vico spa pumps, plus most Cal Spa pumps including Power Right models. This PS-1902 seal provides an enhanced silicon carbide alternative to the standard PS-201 configuration.
