This Seal & Bearing Kit is designed for 2.5 Horse Power pumps with 56 Frame Wet Ends made by Intertek LX Brand, compatible exclusively with Jacuzzi® Premium and Sundance® brand Hot Tubs. Compatible pump part numbers include 6500-352, 6500-365, 6500-367, 6500-845, 6500-357, and 6500-363.
Important: Some pumps display WUA400-II style numbers, but for Jacuzzi or Sundance models, this kit is typically correct. Key identifier: on this style, the spring component of the seal mounts on the rear of the impeller, while the alternative style has the spring on the volute back. Technical Specifications: Pump Seal Assembly for 5/8" Shaft, 1.218" Seal O.D., 1.250" Seal O.D. The Spring Seal component mounts onto the Impeller shaft while the Ceramic & Rubber component installs into the Volute. Both parts feature approximately 5/8" center holes. Installation tip: apply silicon sealant to the Impeller shaft before gently mounting the seal with a small amount of The Professor's Silly Juice lubricant on the shaft. A light silicon coating helps the rubber component slide into the Volute or Wet End Body. Available individually, bundled with The Professor's Silly Juice (specialized hot tub silicon sealer), or as part of an Impeller kit. This is the single seal option for Jacuzzi Premium and Sundance pumps manufactured after May 2009.
CAUTION: This Wet End resembles Aqua-Flo, Guangdong LX, and CMP Wet Ends but components are NOT interchangeable. Refer to video for identification differences.
