Complete Manifold Replacement System for Hot Tub Plumbing Repairs

This comprehensive replacement kit features a 2" Spigot x Dead End x (6) 3/4" Barbs manifold designed for modern spa plumbing systems. Important: In PVC plumbing terminology, 2" refers to 2 3/8" actual measurement.

Complete Kit Includes:

  • Water manifold with (6) 3/4" barb connections
  • (1) 3/4" barb plug
  • (1) 2" coupler fitting
  • 6 feet of 2" flexible soft pipe

Installation Overview:

This system is engineered to replace damaged manifolds in your hot tub's plumbing. The kit allows you to extend output side tubing, utilizing the included coupler to connect to existing pipe. Install by attaching the 6-foot section of 2" flex pipe, then secure the manifold assembly. The manifold accepts a 2" pipe or fitting (measuring 2 3/8" OD) on one end, while the opposite end slips inside a 2" fitting connection.

Application: Compatible with newer hot tub models requiring this manifold configuration.
