Description
This is a fully assembled Aqua-Flo Flo-Master FMCP 1HP wet end featuring 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" ports (measuring approximately 2 3/8" across threads) with center discharge configuration, designed specifically for 48 frame pumps. This wet end pairs with a 48 frame motor operating at approximately 8.0 Amps on high speed at 230V specification or approximately 12.0 Amps on high speed at 115V. Compatible with both single speed and dual speed motors. Discharge orientation can be adjusted 90 degrees for flexible installation. Your complete wet end package contains: volute housing, seal assembly, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug with o-ring, and all mounting screws.
Important: Always select HP rating based on your motor's amperage rating using the reference chart. Identify your 48 frame motor by these measurements: approximately 5 1/2" motor diameter, 1/4" thru-bolt heads, and roughly 5 3/16" between thru-bolts in cross pattern. Compare this to 56 frame motors which measure about 6 1/4" across with 5/16" thru-bolt heads and approximately 5 7/8" between thru-bolts measured cross pattern.
