(G) Heater Element 4.0kw Kit Hot Tub Spa Part M7 Balboa Gecko Hydroquip Titanium Silicon Kit (Best)

Note: For testing purposes, if the heater causes breaker trips, disconnect the unit and verify if the breaker remains stable. Reconnect to confirm the heating element as the source. If breaker tripping isn't occurring, use an Ohm meter across the terminals—proper reading should display approximately 10.5K ohms. A 0K reading indicates an open circuit. When the breaker functions normally and the element tests properly, investigate alternative no-heat causes such as pressure switch malfunction, clogged filtration, inadequate water circulation, or control board open circuits. This particular model includes an integrated pressure switch which may cause heating failure and is available as a separate replacement component.
