Description
This genuine replacement component is a 2" threaded faceplate assembly designed for Waterway Executive and Workman pump models with 48 frame or 56 frame configurations. The threaded face measures approximately 3" across the threads. This is the faceplate component only and does not include O-rings, mounting screws, bleeder plugs, or other installation hardware required for attachment to the pump volute.
Important Installation Note: This faceplate requires (2) large O-rings for proper sealing.
If you need the larger version with 2 1/2" threads (measuring approximately 3 11/16" across the face), that is a separate part available at Global. You may reuse existing hardware from your current faceplate if it remains in good condition, such as in cases where only freeze damage to the face has occurred.
Required Hardware for Complete Installation:
- (8) Mounting screws: 8-32 x 5/8" screws compatible with Waterway Executive, E-Series, Hi-Flo, Viper, Workman, and EX2 models
- (2) Large face O-rings: Designed for Waterway Executive 48 or 56 frame wet ends, all horsepower ratings
- Either (3) standard 3/8" bleeder drain plugs with O-rings for Waterway Executive, Viper, Hi-Flo, Iron Might, Spa Flo, Supreme, Mustang, and Workman pumps
- Or (2) bleeder drain plugs with O-rings plus (1) barbed air bleeder fitting (1/4" MPT x 3/8" with silicone kit)
This replacement faceplate is ideal for restoring proper pump function when the original has been damaged or worn. Ensure you have all necessary installation components before beginning your repair.
