  • If your S-Class Board has this type of connection where the terminal tabs are soldered to the board this board will work. If you have the newer style where the tabs have a wire in between that is Screwed to the board this heater will work but you would have to reuse the wires. We do offer a newer version in our store with thee wires already on it and with a pressure switch but this heater will not order with the old style tabs.. So make sure you order the correct heater.

Description

This is a Full 5.5KW Heater Assembly designed for Gecko SSPA and Spa Builders Pack systems. Your purchase includes the complete heating unit: Tube, Element, Pressure Switch, Split Nuts, and Gaskets for a ready-to-install solution.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE: This version features soldered tab connections. If your existing SSPA board uses the older soldered tab design shown in reference images, you'll need the alternative heater model with threaded electrode nuts instead, also available from Global. We stock individual components separately including element-only options or tube-and-element combinations without pressure switch if needed. PACKAGE CONTENTS: Heater tube, 5.5kw element, Pressure Switch, and gaskets. Additional components shown are for reference purposes only.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDANCE: Common system diagnostics show 3 flashing dots indicating a Flow Code. When accompanied by a small red indicator light on the board's lower right, this signals a Hi Limit Code caused by heater overheating. Hi Limit Codes require complete power cycling to reset. Potential causes include: stuck closed heater relay, element failure shorting to ground (especially without GFCI protection), faulty control board, or defective hi limit sensor. Standard Flow Codes (3 dots without red light) typically result from clogged filters or pump #1 circulation issues.
