  • If your S-Class Board has this type of connection where the terminal tabs are soldered to the board this board will work. If you have the newer style where the tabs have a wire in between that is Screwed to the board this heater will work but you would have to reuse the wires. We do offer a newer version in our store with thee wires already on it and with a pressure switch but this heater will not order with the old style tabs.. So make sure you order the correct heater.

Description

This is a Full 4.0KW Heater Assembly designed for Gecko SSPA and Spa Builders Pack systems. The complete assembly comes with the heating tube, element, pressure switch, split nuts, and all necessary gaskets. IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE: This unit features soldered electrode tabs. If your existing SSPA board has the older soldered connection style shown in product photos, you'll need our alternative model with threaded electrode nuts instead. We also stock the standalone element or tube-and-element combinations without the pressure switch for SSPA installations. Refer to our instructional video for comprehensive installation guidance. PACKAGE CONTENTS: Heater tube, 4.0kW element, pressure switch, and gasket set only - additional components shown are for reference purposes.

Our diagnostic video covers common troubleshooting scenarios. Three flashing dots on your topside control typically indicate a flow error, though this same pattern with a small red LED illuminated on the board's lower right signals a high limit safety trip. High limit conditions require a complete power cycle to reset. Potential high limit triggers include: relay contacts stuck in closed position, simultaneous GFCI breaker absence and element grounding fault maintaining constant power, defective control board, or malfunctioning high limit sensor. Three flashing dots without the red indicator light point to flow restriction issues such as clogged filters.
