This Jet Pump is found from the factory in many hot tubs and will be an easy installation for people who are handy.   This pump is a 56 frame XP2e 1.0HP 230V Side Discharge wet end with a 2" suction side and 2" pressure side which measures about 3"...

This pump is a 115V (2) Speed 11.0Amp High Speed and 2.9Amp Low Speed 48 frame 2" x 2" XP2 pump and motor... The 2" inlet and outlet measure about 3" across the threads... Keep in mind if you choose this high amperage pump and have a tub with a wall...
