Complete pump maintenance kit containing one PS-200 seal and two bearings designed for motors paired with Aqua-Flo pump wet ends and Waterway "Viper" wet ends. This comprehensive seal and bearing package ensures reliable performance across multiple spa pump configurations.
Seal Specifications: The spring seal component measures 1 1/4" across the back and mounts onto the impeller. The ceramic and rubber portion that fits into the volute or wet end back also measures 1 1/4" in diameter. Both parts feature approximately 5/8" center holes for proper shaft fitment.
Compatible Models: AquaFlo, Flo-Master, XP, XP2, XP2E, FMHP, FMCP, TMCP, FMVP pump series. This PS-200 seal is predominantly used in most Aqua-Flo wet ends and also found in Waterway "Viper" wet end assemblies.
Installation Instructions: Apply silicon sealant to the back of the metal seal component before gently pressing into position. The rubber portion benefits from a light silicon coating to facilitate smooth installation into the impeller assembly. Bearings provide standard fit compatibility for most motors utilizing Aqua-Flo wet ends.
