Description
Complete assembly kit containing: (2) 1 1/2 inch heater flange split nuts, (4) mounting screws, and (2) gaskets designed for connecting 1 1/2 inch heater tubes to unions. The threaded union side measures approximately 2 3/8 inches outer diameter.
Each split nut secures directly to the heater tube using 2 screws for stable mounting, then threads onto the heater union with a gasket positioned between the union and tube for proper sealing. Compatible with spa systems where both the plumbing and heater measure 1 1/2 inches. This configuration ranks as the second most common size option, with 2 inch x 2 inch being the most popular and 1 1/2 inch x 2 inch ranking third.
