Description

This assembly is a full XP2e 6.3" 4.0HP Aqua-Flo wet end with 2" x 2" plumbing connections (measuring approximately 3" across threaded areas) featuring side discharge design for 56 frame configurations. Designed specifically for 56 frame motors operating at approximately 14.0 Amps at high speed on 230V systems and cannot be used with 115v motors. Compatible with both single speed and dual speed motor configurations. Volute housing rotates 90 degrees for adjustable discharge positioning. This full assembly contains: volute housing, mechanical seal, impeller component, wear ring, intake cover, intake cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring and all intake cover mounting screws.

 

For connecting small diameter hoses to the wet end face, consider these barb fitting options with or without sealant. Silicon sealant is recommended for these connections as pipe tape is not effective:

Important: Always select HP rating based on motor amperage according to the reference chart below. 48 frame motors measure approximately 5 1/2" across the housing with 1/4" thru-bolt heads measuring about 5 3/16" between bolts in cross pattern while 56 frame motors are larger.
