Description
This is a fully assembled XP2e 6.3" 1.5HP Aqua-Flo wet end featuring 2" x 2" ports (approximately 3" measurement across the threaded connections) with side discharge configuration designed for 56 frame pumps. This wet end assembly is engineered to work with 56 frame motors rated at approximately 9.0 Amps on high speed at 230V operation and is not compatible with 115v motors. Compatible with both single speed and dual speed motor configurations. The discharge position can be adjusted by rotating the wet end assembly 90 degrees. This complete assembly includes all necessary components: volute housing, mechanical seal, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring, and mounting screws for the suction cover.
For wet ends requiring a barb fitting on the face where a smaller diameter hose attaches, here are available barb options with or without sealant. Silicon sealant is recommended for these fittings as pipe tape does not provide reliable sealing:

Important: Always select the correct HP rating based on your motor's amperage rating using the reference chart below. A 48 frame motor measures approximately 5 1/2" across the motor body and features 1/4" bolt heads on the through-bolts with approximately 5 3/16" spacing between through-bolts in a cross pattern, while a 56 frame motor measures larger.
