Description

This is a full XP2e wet end assembly for Aqua-Flo pumps, rated at 3.0HP with 2" x 2" plumbing connections (approximately 3" across threaded areas), featuring a 6.3" side discharge configuration designed for 56 frame applications. This assembly pairs with 56 frame motors rated at approximately 12.0 Amps on high speed with 230V power systems and is not compatible with 115v motors. Compatible with both single and dual speed motor configurations. The discharge outlet can be repositioned 90 degrees for flexible installation. This full assembly contains: volute housing, seal assembly, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug with o-ring, and mounting hardware.

For installations requiring a barb fitting on the wet end face for auxiliary hose attachment, consider these options with or without sealing compound. Silicon sealant recommended for proper installation as pipe tape is not effective on these connections:

Important: Always verify horsepower selection based on motor amperage rating using the reference chart. 48 frame motors measure approximately 5 1/2" diameter with 1/4" thru-bolt heads spaced about 5 3/16" apart in cross pattern, while 56 frame motors measure approximately 6 1/4" diameter with 5/16" thru-bolt heads.
