Description
This is a fully assembled XP2e 6.3" 2HP Aqua-Flo wet end with 2" x 2" ports (approximately 3" measured across the threading) featuring side discharge configuration for 56 frame XP2 pump systems. Engineered for 56 frame motors drawing approximately 10.0 Amps at high speed on 230V systems only and not compatible with 115v motor configurations. Works with both single speed and dual speed motor types. Discharge orientation can be adjusted 90 degrees as needed. This comprehensive wet end assembly arrives with all essential components: volute housing, mechanical seal, impeller assembly, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring gasket, drain plug with o-ring seal, and mounting hardware.
For installations requiring a barb fitting on the wet end face for small hose attachment, consider these adapter options with or without sealant. Silicon sealant is highly recommended for proper installation - traditional pipe tape is not effective on these particular fittings:

Important: Always select horsepower based on your motor's amperage rating using the reference chart below. 48 frame motors measure approximately 5 1/2" across the housing with 1/4" bolt heads on through-bolts spaced about 5 3/16" apart in cross pattern, while 56 frame motors measure approximately 6.3" across.
