Complete Replacement Kit for Aqua-Flo XP2 and FMXP2 Wet End Systems
This comprehensive kit includes a 1.0 HP impeller with dual bearings and seal, specifically designed for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 frame wet end configurations. The impeller features precise specifications: 2 1/8" eye diameter, 1/4" vane width, and 3 7/8" outer diameter. Engineered to mount securely between the face and volute of your wet end assembly.
Electrical Specifications: Motors equipped with this 1.0HP impeller typically draw approximately 8.0 amps on high speed at 230V, or 12.0 amps at 115V operation.
Frame Identification Guide:
- 48 Frame: Motor thru bolts spaced 3 5/8" apart (5 3/16" X pattern), uses 1/4" bolt heads
- 56 Frame: Motor thru bolts spaced 4 1/8" apart (5 3/4" X pattern), uses 5/16" bolt heads
Critical Installation Note: Bearing center hole measures 17mm - verify your motor shaft compatibility before ordering, as some motors require 16mm bearings.
Important Performance Warning: Never install a larger impeller attempting to increase output - this will cause motor overheating and damage during high-speed operation. Always match impeller size to your motor's rated horsepower using the amperage specifications provided.
