Complete 2.0 Horsepower Impeller, Seal, and Single Bearing Kit for Aqua-Flo XP2/FMXP2 Wet End Assemblies
This comprehensive replacement kit is engineered for Aqua-Flo 48 or 56 Frame wet end configurations running 2.0HP motors. The impeller features precise dimensions: 2 1/8 inch eye width, 1/4 inch vane width, and 4 3/8 inch outer diameter. This component installs between the face and volute of your Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end assembly.
Motor Specifications: Compatible motors typically draw approximately 10.0 Amps at high speed when operating on 230V, or 16.0 Amps at high speed on 115V configurations.
Critical Bearing Specification: This kit includes a bearing with a 17mm center hole. Some Aqua-Flo pump motors utilize a 16mm bearing center hole instead. Please measure your existing bearing before purchasing, as 16mm bearings are not available in kit format.
Frame Identification Guide: Distinguish between 48 and 56 Frame wet ends by measuring motor through-bolt spacing. The 48 Frame measures 3 5/8 inches between bolts (5 3/16 inches in X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 Frame measures 4 1/8 inches between bolts (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
Important Sizing Information: Always match your replacement impeller to your original horsepower rating. A 115V motor using a 1HP impeller typically shows 11-12.0 Amps at high speed; a 230V motor shows approximately 8.0 Amps on high. Installing an oversized impeller will not increase performance and may cause motor overheating and damage.
