This comprehensive kit includes everything needed to service your 1.0HP Aqua-Flo XP2 or FMXP2 wet end with precise specifications: 2 1/8 inch eye diameter, 1/4 inch vane width, and 3 7/8 inch outer diameter. The impeller mounts between the face plate and volute housing on compatible 48 or 56 frame configurations.
Electrical Specifications: A 1.0HP motor using this impeller assembly typically draws approximately 8.0 Amps on high speed when wired for 230V operation, or around 11-12.0 Amps at 115V. These amperage readings help confirm proper horsepower matching.
Frame Compatibility Guide: The 48 frame design features motor through-bolts spaced 3 5/8 inches apart (5 3/16 inches measured in X pattern) with 1/4 inch bolt heads. The 56 frame version has 4 1/8 inch spacing between bolts (5 3/4 inches in X pattern) with 5/16 inch bolt heads.
Critical Bearing Note: This kit includes a bearing with a 17mm center bore. A small number of motors require a 16mm bearing instead. Please measure your existing bearing before purchasing to ensure proper fit.
Important Installation Recommendations: Always replace the seal assembly when installing a new impeller to maintain optimal performance and prevent leaks. This kit utilizes a PS-200 seal design, available separately in our store.
